Pursuant to section 239.1 of the Municipal Act, 2001 regarding a meeting or part of a meeting that was closed to the public in the Municipality of Highlands East. This form is based on a form provided by Aird & Berlis LLP. A hardcopy version can be requested in person from the Municipal Clerk's office.

Personal information collected on this Closed Meeting Investigation Request Form is obtained under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). This information will be used to review and investigate a request for an inquiry into a meeting or part of a meeting that was closed to the public. The information may be shared with the Closed Meeting Investigator for the purpose of conducting the investigation.
