Personal information collected on this Dog Licence Application is obtained under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and the applicable municipal animal control by-laws. This information will be used to administer the Municipality of Highlands East Dog Licensing Program, including issuing licences, maintaining animal ownership records, and supporting animal control and public safety functions. The information will be protected in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Questions about the collection, use, or disclosure of this information should be directed to the Municipal Clerk’s Office.
