Entrance Permit Application

A Municipality of Highlands East Entrance Permit applies to Municipally Maintained Roads and Unopened Road Allowances (subject to prior approval from council).

A sketch of the proposed entrance location must be provided in addition to payment of $225 plus a $500 security deposit to be returned upon completion, conditional on final inspection.

A $225 application fee plus a $500 security deposit to be returned upon completion is required to process your application. Once your fee has been received, the Public Works Department will conduct a field investigation and may contact you to gather additional details.
