All bookings are subject to availability. Municipal functions and annual community events may take priority placement in the calendar.

You will be required to review, agree to and sign an agreement with rental conditions and general facility information as part of this application process.

Completing this request form does not gaurantee your rental or bypass the requirement to agree to all terms and conditions that will follow during the booking process.

A representative of the Municipality of Highlands East will follow up with you about your rental request.
