The Municipality may credit you by name where reasonably practicable but that no credit is guaranteed.

Personal information collected on this Photo Submission Form is obtained under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001. This information will be used to administer the Highlands East 25 photo submission program. The information will be protected in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Questions about the collection, use, or disclosure of this information should be directed to the Municipal Clerk’s Office.
